Delivery & Returns

At Collectible Wiz, we know collectors care about condition, timing and clear expectations. This page explains how delivery, international shipping and returns work so you can order figures, cards, models and collectibles with more confidence.

Australia-Wide Delivery

Whether you are in a capital city, regional town or remote area, we pack and dispatch orders through trusted delivery partners with tracking wherever available.

  • Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days 
  • Express Delivery: Approximately 2 business days

Deliveries include online tracking and may require a signature on receipt. We work with reliable carriers such as Australia Post and StarTrack Express.

Shipping costs are calculated based on total parcel weight and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Rates (Based on Parcel Weight)

  • Up to 3 kg → $9.95
  • 3.01 kg – 9.99 kg → $15.00
  • 10 kg – 14 kg → $30.95
  • Over 14 kg → $40.95

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or courier issues.

International Delivery (Including USA & Canada)

We are pleased to serve collectors outside Australia where shipping is available. Collectible Wiz offers international delivery through Australia Post to select countries, including the USA and Canada.

  • Express International: 5–10 business days (with tracking)
  • Standard International: 20–25 business days (with tracking)

Some items may not be eligible for international delivery due to their size, fragility, or export restrictions. If a product cannot be shipped internationally, you’ll see that reflected at checkout.

Important: IMPORT DUTIES and CUSTOMS FEES are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details before purchasing.

Free & Easy 365-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with what arrives. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 365 days. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund of the product value. Return shipping is free where our returns policy applies.

In addition, all our products come with a 365-day warranty covering material defects and workmanship—on top of any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply (typically 3–12 months).

If you believe your item is faulty or you’ve simply changed your mind, just fill out our [Return Request Form], and our team will guide you through the process.

Please Note:

  • The 365-day money-back guarantee does not apply to personalized products or orders over $1000.
  • Returned items must be in “as new” condition with original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval or receipt of your return (whichever is later), to the same payment method used for purchase.
