Customization tool
A Collectible Wiz Member may not have more than one active membership, whether this is by use of the name, e-mail address, alias, or combination thereof. If you breach this condition, you may be liable for the recovery of any benefits obtained this way, such as vouchers, promotional benefits, and the value therein. Membership accounts are non-transferable and as a Collectible Wiz Member, you agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your membership account.
Intellectual Property & User Submissions

4.2 If you submit reviews, images, or videos, you confirm that you own or have the rights to the content and grant Collectible Wiz, its affiliates, and partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and distribute your submissions for commercial and promotional purposes.

Pricing, Ordering, & Payment
All prices are quoted in the currency displayed (e.g., AUD / USD). We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to revise or cancel orders due to such errors, even after submission.
Orders may be placed online, by phone, or by other methods as indicated on the site. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information to process your order. We accept major payment methods as clearly stated at checkout.
Cancellations, Delivery & Returns
Orders can be canceled or modified before dispatch. Please contact our support team promptly if changes are needed.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in “as-new” condition within 365 days for a refund or exchange, excluding personalized or high-value items. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after receipt and approval of the return.
Warranty Against Defects
We provide a 365-day warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty. This excludes personalized or customized items beyond a certain value.
Vouchers & Promotions
Collectible Wiz-issued vouchers are redeemable as specified and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bulk or promotional terms may apply for corporate or special voucher campaigns.
Product Availability
Certain items may have limited availability or may not ship to all locations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for unavailable or restricted products.
Applicable Law
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Western Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and any courts, which may hear appeals from those courts.
